What happens to the details you send us.

You can browse the site without sending us a service request. If you contact us, we use the details you provide to understand the problem and reply.

Information we receive

The contact form asks for your name, email address, service type, ZIP code, and a description of the issue. Phone number and device model are optional. If you arrive from a city page, the city label can be included with the request. When you email us directly, we receive the information you include in that email.

Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver the site and messages, such as an IP address, device and browser information, request time, and delivery records. The site does not currently run an advertising pixel or analytics script, or ask you to create an account.

How we use it

We use service requests to respond, discuss eligibility and scheduling, prepare estimates, and carry out service you approve. We may retain communications to manage the request, maintain business records, and address disputes or security concerns. A contact request does not enroll you in marketing emails.

Where the request goes

The website runs on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are sent through Resend to our service inbox at [email protected], an inbox also used for Sun Life Tech. These providers process information to host the site and deliver messages. We may share necessary details with a technician or subcontractor working on your approved request. We do not sell contact form information.

What not to send in the form

Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, private files, or sensitive account details in your first message. If a repair requires access to a device or account, we will discuss a suitable way to provide it after reviewing the request.

Retention and security

We keep inquiries and service records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable recordkeeping obligations, then remove them when appropriate. Access is limited to people involved in handling the request. No website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

To ask what contact information we hold, request a correction or deletion where appropriate, or ask a privacy question, email [email protected]. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Other sites and updates

Links to outside sites, including review or partner pages, lead to services with their own privacy practices. If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
